Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods; if your order is delivered in several parts, it starts the day after the last item arrives.
To withdraw, use the button below and complete the short confirmation form. We will send you an acknowledgement by email. You can also notify us by any other clear statement, for example by emailing sales@millarsshoestore.com.
After withdrawing, please return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have returned them.
Confirm your withdrawal
Please provide the details below so we can identify your order and confirm your withdrawal.
Condition of goods: You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduced value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Refunds: We refund using the same payment method you used for the order, within 14 days. Refunds include the standard delivery cost, but not any extra cost where you chose a non-standard delivery option. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, for example made-to-order or personalised items, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
